What is Pilates

Pilates, pronounced (Pi-LAH-teez), is an innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. The method encompases more than 500 exercises that simultaneously stretch and strengthen muscles. Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, this highly effective method lengthens, defines and sculpts muscles.
